                 (U) Command: See Basic OPORDER.

            b.   (U) Signal.

                 (1) (U) The current CENTCOM JCEOI is in effect for
         the duration of this operation.

                 (2) (U) KEYMAT for KY57. KL43D. KG84A. X084 & KY65
         under separate cover.

                 (3) (U) Operators will attempt to work through
         jamming. If the jamming continues, the NCS may request an
         alternate frequency through ACofS. 08 and direct all stations
         to go to that frequency.

                 (4) (U) All communications capable of being  secured
         will be operated in the secure mode.

                 (5) (U) All radio systems utilized during this
         operation should operate in the secure mode. Radio systems
         without secure equipment will utilize authorized CENTCOM
         Encode/Decode instructions.

                 (6)  WI RATT systems employed in the COSCOM Command
         and Ammunition Nets will utilize there GRA-6 remotes. The
         operational distance between a RATT and a CP location (2
         miles or less) will be at the discretion of the Signal
         Officer. Both COSCOM RATT Nets wil-I operate as DIRECTED
         Nets. The Net Control Station (NCS) for both COSCOM Nets are
         responsible for controlling traffic and substations entering
         and leaving their respective Nets. In all instances
         substations will request permission to leave their assigned
         net to enter the other.
