0 Airfield Control Group (DACG). Other requirements were met by
reserve units mobilized for- installation support (-Finance, AG,
law enforcement, and air medical evacuation), cadre and
prisoners from the United States Correctional Brigade (USACB),
or by nondeployables assigned to USAG. Fort Riley's ability to
support any major o-F+-post mission such as LDC, civil
disturbance, +ire fighting, or earthquake response was virtually
nonexistent.
7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Provisions Must be established -For
planning, command and control, manning, and resources to support
Multiple contingency plans.
S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Mob stations plan +or and exercise
multiple OPLANs in peacetime to ensure Success upon execution.
