4. (U) TITLE: COMMAND AND CONTROL: POST SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS
5. (U) OBSERVATION: During post deployment, post support
requirements remain the same at some levels and increased at
others .(.Casualty Assistance/Family SLtpport/SnowbLtrst/bLtilding
Security). However, available equipment and personnel resources
decrease at a level that is markedly disproportionate to
remaining tasking requirements.
6. (U) DISCUSSION: Post support requirements that remain when
the Division is deployed need to be evaluated and resources
identified for support.
7. (LJ) LESSON LEARNED- A system to ensure a smooth
transition for meeting the requirements of the installation when
the Division and other Supporting elements are absent is
reql(i red.
S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Publish guidance -For all standing
and rotating post support requirements which adds or eliminated
those activities that are affected by the Division's absence..
Responsibilities Must be assigned to a purely installation staff
which can be augmented by nondeploying divisional or
nondivisional units which may be tasked +or assistance.
