           4. (U) TITLE: COMMUNICATION: DISTRIBUTION OF CORRESPONDENCE AT
           MOB STATION FOR RC UNITS

           5. (U) OBSERVATION: RC units are hot receiving message
traffic necessary for them to meet deployment criteria.

           6. (LJ) DISCUSSION: Activated units must as a part of
inprocessing become a customer of the installation distribution
           scheme.

           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Time lapses in receiving critical
.Information while units are at the mobstation wasted manpower
and made preparations +or deployment more difficult.

           8. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: The advance party should be tasted
to establish a distribution account upon arrival at the MOB
station. The host unit should also be tasked.to provide message
traffic to its supported units and serve as a quality control
chec@@ precluding a duplication of effort in obtaining
information necessary for deployment. This would provide
continuity +or dissemination of information, li@-.,ewise Could
insure that RC units receive installation support, and prevent
unit personnel from using valuable training time for obtaining
           installation support.
