             5. (u) OBSERVATION: Double Report Requirements are Unnecessary.

             6. (LI) DISCUSSION: There were a number of telephonic reports
             required by the Rear, i.e. Arrivals and Departures, then the DCC
             would call and required duplicate reports.

             7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Dual reporting is unnecessary and wastes
             time.


             S. (L)) RECOMMENDED ACTION: All reports required from the
             Forward should be routed through the DACO Rear only.
