          4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: BUMP PERSONNEL


          5. (U) OBSERVATION: Soldiers removed from a +light were brought
          forward with departing soldiers.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: Soldiers identified as bump individuals were
          mixed with departing soldiers. When it was evident that they
          needed to be bumped, time and confusion contributed to unneeded
          delays.

          7. (L.)) LESSON LEARNED: Planning +or handling "bumped" soldiers
          could have prevented delays.

          S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: That soldiers designated as bump
          individuals be identified on a separate roster. This would
          allow -For better and marerapid control if disposition becomes
          necessary. Action is installation and deploying units.
