           5. (u) OBSERVATION: Personal equipment loss.

           6. (Lt).I)ISCUSSION: During the loading of RLtCf--. SaC@@.S from the
           truck or bus onto the conveyor b'elt, personal items would +all
           out. This was not due to rc)Ltgh handling. The Rear included
           this in their unit briefing and by the time the last 1/3 of the
           Division was departing, the rltcks had "green tape" holding them
           together resltltin in no loss of personal items.

           7. (@t) LESSON LEARNED: The use of green tape to Secure the rL(C@f.
           sacks was disseminated to the rear preventing further personal
           equipment losses.

           S. (Lk) RECOMMENDED ACTION: RLtCkS should be secured with green
           tape to prevent loss of personal items on all air deployments.
