       DISCUSSION: Expected level of psychiatric care at contingency hospitals is
       unclear. Several mental health nurses were deployed to fill clinical nurse
       positions.
      
       RECOMMENDATIONS: Determine if contingency hospital mental health staffing is
       appropriate. Develop a mental health concept of operations for contingencies
      
       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review mental health staffing of contingency hospitals.
       Develop mental health concept of operations for contingencies.
      
       ACTIONS COMPLETED: WARMEDs and Mental Health working group addressing concept
       of operations for future planning. Medical Re-engineering also addressing
       issue.
