          4. (U) TITLE: COMMAND AND CONTROL: TASKING GUIDANCE DURING
          DEPLOYMENT

          5. (U) OBSERVATION: Tasking guidance for equipment and
          personnel was not included in Lexie:on Danger. Although specific
          taskings may be difficult to identify and project, procedures
          +or initiating tasking requests would eliminate duplicity in the
           asking process.
          t6. (U) DISCUSSION: A drastic change in procedures for tasking
          equipment and personnel became necessary because the RED and
          GREEN cycle units no longer were available. The installation
          staff and nondeployable units had to provide the support the RED
          cycle brigade Would normally give under standard conditions.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Requirement for a tasking regulation to
          outline tasking procedures during mobilization and-deployment
          exists.


          S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Publish tasking guidance for
          deployments/mobilization.
