           4. (U) TITLE. C2. BRIGADE PERSONNEL ON SPOD LIAISON TEAM


           5. (U) OBSERVATION: No brigade representatives were assigned to
           the SPOD team.


           6. (U) DISCUSSION- A brigade liaison team is needed at the SPOD
           prior to arrival of Ltnit's main body. Requirement exists for
           them to be at the SPOD until each brigade completes its
           transition thrli the SPOD to the TAA; a time period of from onc-
           to two weeks.


           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: SEE DISCUSSION


           S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Division: Require representatives
           from each brigade to be assigned to the SPOD as a brigade
           liaison team prior to the arrival of the unit's main body and
           through its deployment to.the TAA.
