          5. (U) OBSERVATION: Briefers were not consistent in what they
          covered with departing soldiers.

          6, IU) DISCUSSION:   Brielings were performed by civilian, Army
          and Air Force personnel regarding special requirements and "@4hat
          to expect" during the flight and upon arrival in-country. A
          standard briefing Would have been-more desireable.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: A standard/joint briefing to deploying
          units will speed up the operation and Cause less confusion.

          11, (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION. DOL, Transportation., Coordinate
          with TALO, DACG and AF.LNO to develop a,standard brie+i,ng
          fo;rmae for use at DACG For-ward.
