          4. (U) TITLE-. LOGISTICS: TRANSPORTATION: DENTAC DID NOT HAVE
          PRIORITY USE OF BUSES


          5. (U) OBSERVATION: All mobilized soldiers were transported to
          the dental clinics for processing. DENTAC did not have priority
          to obtain buses.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: In order to properly evaluate mobilized
          soldiers, DENTAC must have two buses to transport soldiers to
          dental clinics. I+ DENTAC does not have priority, the POR
          process is slowed down, which directly impacts on further
          deployment.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Two buses must be reserved +or DENTAC
          during RC unit mobilization.

          B. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION:

             a. OOL-. Identify two buses +or DENTAC use during RC unit
          mobilization.


             b. (alternate) DENTAC-. Coordinate with Contracting to
          prepare an on-the-shelf contract +or two buses with drivers to
          be activated during RC unit main body inprocessin g.
