          4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: INSTALLATION ANALYSIS AND CONSULTANT
          SERVICES


          5. (U) OBSERVATION: The Management Analysis Division, DRM, was
          tasked to assist Supply/Services Division, DOL, in developing
          detailed procedures -for the transition of logistic Support
          reponsibility from DISCOM to Supply/Services Division (S/S Div).

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: Assistance was required to develop detailed
          procedures for transition of maps, Class II-, Packaged Class III,
          and Class IV items from DISCOM to S/S Div. The procedures and
          time frame developed covered the 30-day period (bubble) between
          the Alert and Rail Load Dates.  Guidance discussions were
          held with representatives from DMMC and S/S Div.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: The DRM Management Analysis Division has
          the capabilities to provide consultant services +or analyzing
         ,and making recommendations for procedures to account for
          property, transfer Supply items and facilities, identify dates
          +Or Submitting TAC Address Cards, relocate and dispose of
          SLtpply/property e;
