          COMPONENT, C2 (COMMAND AND CONTROL), ORDERS, ACCOUNTABILITY,
          INTEROF'ERABILITY, PLANNING.

          4. (U) TITLE. LOGISTICS: UPECO: FMO & Unit Property Not Separated

          5. (U) OBSERVATION: Barracks (FMO) furnishings, office
          furniture, and unit property were not returned to their
          respective areas.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION: During pre-inventories of units, this
          problem was identified, and it needed to be corrected prior to
          unit deploying. During actual inventories this problem still
          existed where caused delays in the completion of some
          inventories.


          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Pre-inventory procedures need additional
          command emphasis.

          S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION:    Commanders comply with deployment
          plans (Lexicon Danger) when   preparing..their units for deployment
          and leave property where it   can be easily located.
