of equipment and property on hand receipts failed to initiate
Reports of Survey +or missing eqLtipment/property in a timely
manner.
7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Commanders Must be accountable +or
eqLtiptnent/property shortages.
6. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Unit commanders initiate Reports of
Survey on missing property and equipment prior to USACB UF,ECO
ibility for equipment.
