            4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: CARRY-ON BAGGAGE

            5. (U) OBSERVATION: Many items exceeded dimensions and would not
            +it under aircraft seat or in overhead compartments.

            6. (U) DISCUSSION: As outlined in MAC Reg 55-41 and FAA
            regulations, carry on baggage cannot exceed 9"xl3"x23". Many
            items that were attempted to be loaded exceeded these
            dimensions.

            7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Carry on baggage should be measured at
            unit location to prevent baggage exceeding dimensions.

            B. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: That all units premeasure size of
            carry on bags to insure uniformity to regulation. Construct a
            hard wood box at the unit level to demonstrate the proper
            baggage dimension.
