           4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: PASSENGER LOADING ON AIRCRAFT

           5. (U) OBSERVATION: Movement a+ passengers +ram buses to plane
           was often slow and difficult to coordinate.


           6. (U) DISCUSSION. Each bus load a+ passengers needed to have
           briefings a+ what to expect as to loading, clearing of weapons,
           loading of personal carryon items and breaking into groups 0-
           smokers and non-smokers as well as key staff individuals.
           Removing soldiers from the bus, briefing them all at one time
           proved to be a more speedy, organized method.

           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: That all loading a+ passengers on the
           aircraft originate from a centralized holding area.

           B. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION:. That a standard briefing be given to
           all the passengers in a centralized area.
