          5. (u) OBSERVATION: Lost keys, abandoned vehicles.

          6. (LE) DISCUSSION: Early deploying units +ailed to turn in
          leased vehicles upon deployment. Rather, vehicles were either
          abandoned in unit areas or turned over to a later- departing
          unit. TMP COLLID not account +or vehicles because units to whom
          they were issued no longer had accountability.

          7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: Accountability +or leased vehicles was
          not properly impliemented.

          B. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Leased vehicles turn in become apart
          of the chalk commander's briefing and commander of the unit be
          charged +or damage of.all leased vehicles Ltnid.er his command.
