          4. (U) TITLE: Logistics: Credit Plates TLirn-in

          5. (Lt) OBSERVATION: Units kept credit plates upon deployment.

          6. (Lt) DISCUSSION- Each unit that has an account at Self
          Service Supply Center (SSSC) is given a credit plate to be used
          when making Purchases against that account. When the account is
          closed out or in this case when the units deployed, the credit
          plate should have been turned in -and the account closed.

          7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: Deployed units not turning in their
          account cards did not hinder the mission but Caused an
          administrative burden to the SSSC.


          S. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the requirement to close out
          accounts and turn in credit plates be added to Lexicon Danger OP
          F'l an.
